Chocolate Covered Peaches and Nectarine

Ingredients
  • 1-2 pounds (about 1 kg) peaches and nectarines
  • 150 gr dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 20 gr ground pistachio (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix the chocolate and oil together and melt in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, until smooth.
  2. Slice the peaches and nectarines to wedges.
  3. Dip each wedge in chocolate and place on parchment lined pan.
  4. Spread grounded pistachios on top of each chocolate covered wedge.
  5. Cool in the fridge for 10 min and enjoy.
