Black beans Azuki Hamburger
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup cooked azuki beans
  • 30 gr walnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams of tomato paste
  • 5 -dried tomatoes
  • ½ bunch of fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
  1. Add the beans, and all of the ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Then blitz to a rough paste.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for an half of hour to firm up.
  4. Mean wile Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  5. Line a baking pan with parchment baking sheets, and spry with oil.
  6. Divide and shape the mixture into six equal-sized patties, and place on the baking pan.
  7. Spry lightly with oil.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes or until hamburgers are golden. Remove from oven, and serve.
