For chocolate balls

oz/ 250 gr
chocolate flavoured biscuits
or you can use regular digestive biscuits

tbsp
powdered sugar
3.5
oz/100 gr dark chocolate
melted
1/2
cup
soy milk
or any other dairy free milk you like
For decoration

regular digestive biscuits
crushed
Instructions
Crush the biscuits and place into a mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar and mix. Add melted chocolate, and milk stir together.
Take small amount of mixture and roll into a ball, then roll through the crushed biscuits.
Continue with the rest of the mixture, place the chocolate balls on a plate and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.

You can keep chocolate balls in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
