One of my favorite summer treats is popsicles, they are so easy and fun to make. You can make them fruity, chocolaty, healthy, indulgent – the choice is yours. I wanted mine to taste like peanut butter and have a little dark chocolate bitterness so I added raw cocoa nibs. The peanut butter and yogurt give the popsicles a creamy ice creamy texture. These homemade peanut butter yogurt popsicles can be served as a cold treat during summer barbecues and pool parties.I was so lucky to pre-buy the perfect popsicle mold on Amazon, a couple of months ago so now I’m ready for summer ;). It’s amazing how easy it is to make popsicles, you just mix the ingredients, pour them into a popsicle mold and 8 hours later you can enjoy refreshing tasty popsicles. You can pre-make the popsicles so you can just take them out of the freezer whenever the mood strikes, as the popsicles keep in the freezer for up to a month.
