In a medium bowl combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a smaller bowl, whisk yogurt, egg, honey, and oil until combined. Pour into dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Heat waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions; I usually find medium heat just fine here.
Coat waffle iron with nonstick spray. Ladle in waffle batter one tablespoon at a time. Cook according to your waffle iron’s instructions.
