Overnight oats recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups whole milk you can make it vegan by using non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For the topping
  • Strawberry jam
  • Raw cacao nibs
  • Pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the oats, milk, honey, and salt. Stir well to combine. Put in two separate jars or one big one - and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  2. Remove from the fridge, give a good stir, and top with strawberry jam, raw cacao nibs, and pistachios. You can even heat it up if you'd like.
