Preheat the oven to 356 ℉/180C. Grease a 9.5 inch/24 cm round cake pan.

Mash bananas, add amaretto and mix together. set aside.

Mix melted butter and sugar. Whisk in eggs, salt, and vanilla extract.

Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture and combine until smooth batter forms.

Add in the bananas mixture and mix just until incorporated into the batter.

Pour the batter into the greased pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
