Chocolate vanilla swirl muffins are a simple, moist vanilla muffin swirled with melted dark chocolate! This reminds me of childhood flavors, the simplicity of vanilla muffins swirled with chocolate is just perfect. Not too fancy not too plain, this is a perfect combination that makes a fun delicious muffin.I got the idea of making this when I was looking for a good marble cake recipe. I thought to myself that if I can make marble muffins I might enjoy it more, cause I always prefer small attractive muffins over big slices of cake. The base of the muffin is a simple vanilla, and instead of dividing the batter and adding cocoa powder to half the mixture, I decided to upscale the muffins with melted dark chocolate. I was right the melted chocolate gave the muffins an extra touch, both in texture and flavor.
This is an everyday recipe, you don’t need a special accession or celebration to make it. You can just make these sweeties as a mid-day snack or a fun dessert.
