I have been going on and on, about fall recipes. And for some wired, and totally inexplicable reason, forgot all about apples. Apples are actually one of my favorite fruits. You can eat them fresh, cooked, baked, and it will always be delicious.
This is my first try for a vegan version, that is also as good, maybe even better, than the original recipe. You can bake it in less than an hour, so it’s a great rescue for guests pooping over unannounced. Or you can make it for a lazy weekend brunch. There is a great video of the recipe bellow, so you can watch a step by step instructions, while making this great delicious recipe.
